Over on Nandelav Road, you’ll find us in Flat No-203 of the Sunshine Apartment building. This is where this particular L&T branch operates. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment block rather than a big skyscraper. It makes the whole place feel a little more like a home, though it is definitely a workspace once you step inside. We have desks set up in the different rooms, and the kitchen area is where we all gather for lunch or a quick break. Living and working in the same general area means we know the neighborhood quite well. The Sunshine Apartment building is pretty quiet during the day when most people are out, which helps us focus on our work. We deal with various administrative tasks and coordination from this office. It’s not a huge team here, just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. We don't have a big receptionist desk or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, someone will just look up from their computer and say hello. The view from the balcony is mostly of the other buildings and the road below. We keep things pretty simple and don’t make a big deal out of the work we do. It’s just about staying organized and getting the daily chores finished so we can head home. Sometimes the street noise from Nandelav Road gets a bit loud.
