Jayveer Steel Furniture

We are over at C-31 in the GIDC Estate. It's mostly just us making steel things like chairs and cabinets all day. The workshop stays pretty busy because there is always something to weld or paint. We've been here for a while now and people around the estate know where to find us. Sometimes the noise is a bit much but that's just how it is with metal work. We started Jayveer Steel Furniture because we knew how to work with our hands. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just a lot of steel and tools. When you come down to GIDC, you'll see plenty of factories but we are right there at C-31. Most days we are just cutting pipes or fixing up desks. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a cupboard that won't break, they usually stop by. It's hot in the summer under the shed roof but we keep at it. My brother and I usually handle the heavy lifting ourselves. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Just a small shop where we make stuff that lasts. If you're driving through the estate, you might miss us if you aren't looking for the sign. We just focus on the work and making sure the furniture is solid before it goes out to the customer. It is a basic way of living but it works for us.
