Essar Steel

Out here in Bharuch, specifically at A 12 Om Saikrupa Society in Zadeshvar, things are a bit quieter than the big cities. We run Essar Steel from this location and it works out well for us. The society is a decent place to be based. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with checking on the steel and making sure the supplies are moving along. We don't go in for all those corporate meetings or big speeches. It's more about the practical side of things. If someone needs something, we look at what we’ve got and get it done. The traffic in Zadeshvar can be a bit of a headache sometimes when the trucks are trying to get in and out, but we manage. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. There’s no need for a lot of talk when the work is right there. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. Sometimes we sit outside and talk about how the market is changing, but mostly we just focus on the orders. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the neighbors and they know us. Nothing fancy happens here, just honest work with steel day in and day out. We just want to keep things running smooth without any extra fuss.
