Convergence Chemicals Private Limited is situated at Plot No.D-2/11/A1, Phase-Ii, Gidc, Dahej. If you have ever been to the GIDC area in Dahej, you know it is a massive industrial landscape. It’s a lot of concrete, pipes, and trucks moving back and forth. Our plot is just one among many in Phase-Ii. The air always has that industrial smell, and the sun beats down pretty hard on the open spaces. We spend our days tucked away inside the facility. It is a lot of routine work and keeping track of logs. The office part of the building is pretty basic with just enough room for the desks and a few filing cabinets. We have a small area where we eat lunch, usually brought from home. It’s not the kind of place people visit for fun. You come here to work. The commute can be long depending on where you live, so the mornings start early for everyone. We deal with the dust and the noise as a regular part of the job. There aren't many trees around, just more plots and factories. We focus on what's in front of us. It’s a heavy environment, but we’ve built a little community among the staff here. We know the security guards at the main gate and the drivers who come by regularly. It’s just how things are at Plot No.D-2/11/A1.
