Ravindra Adarsh Senior Secondary School is situated out in Halena, which is part of the Bharatpur district. Being a senior secondary school, we deal with the older students who are preparing for their final years of study. The atmosphere here is a bit more serious than a primary school, but it still has that local, relaxed vibe. The building sits on a decent piece of land in the 321601 area. We have some open ground where the students stand around during their breaks. The walls are painted a simple color, and they show some wear from the weather over the years. We have basic science labs with old equipment that still works fine for the experiments we do. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology or digital screens. It is mostly just teachers with chalk and students with notebooks. Halena is a quiet town, so there isn't too much noise from the outside to distract anyone. The staff stays in the small office near the entrance when they aren't in class. We handle our own paperwork and keep our own records. It is a very hands-on way of running things. People from the nearby villages send their kids here because they know the route. It’s a familiar landmark in this part of Bharatpur. We just keep the doors open and do the work every day.
