Zyoin

Zyoin is tucked away at 15, 1st D Main Road in the LN Colony area of Yeshwanthpura. This part of Bangalore-22 is always moving, and our office is right in the middle of it. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit now. It’s not a very big office, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend most of our time looking for people to fill roles for various companies. It’s a lot of searching through databases and making phone calls to see if someone is interested in moving. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and our computers. People come in from Yeshwanthpura and the surrounding areas to talk about their careers. We listen to what they have to say and try to match them with what we have on our list. Some days are better than others, and sometimes it takes a long time to find the right person for a specific job. We don’t use any complicated systems, just regular old hard work and keeping track of who is looking for what. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like being here in the colony. It feels like a real part of the city. We just do our bit to keep things moving for the people who visit our little office.
