Talent Onions

Talent Onions is based over at No. 893 E on 10th Cross in Nagarbhavi First Stage. We are tucked away in the Chandra Layout area, which is a bit of a residential spot but has plenty of small businesses like ours. It’s located on Sy No. 46 if you are looking at the land records. We’ve been here for some time now, and it feels like home. Our work mostly involves talking to people and trying to figure out where they might fit best in different jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The office isn't very big, but we have enough chairs for everyone and a decent internet connection, which is really all we need. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside or someone is washing their car, so it’s got a very local, friendly feel to it. We don't wear suits or anything like that here. We just dress comfortably and get through the pile of resumes and requests we get. It can be a bit chaotic when we have a lot of things going on at once, but we manage to stay on top of it. We like the fact that we aren't in a big, cold office tower. Being in Chandra Layout keeps us grounded. We just try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who reaches out to us. We might not have a big fancy sign, but we are easy to find.
