Expertise Manpowers

So we’re based out of RT Nagar. It’s a lively part of Bangalore and we’ve been here for a good while. Expertise Manpowers is what we call ourselves. We basically help people find work and help businesses find the staff they need. It sounds simple but it can be quite a headache sometimes. We don't have a huge office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a basic space with some desks and a lot of phone calls happening all day long. We talk to all kinds of people, from folks looking for their first job to companies that need twenty people by Monday. Some days are really quiet and other days we can't even find time to eat lunch. We try to be straight with everyone. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. We don't see the point in wasting people's time. RT Nagar is a great location because it’s central and easy for people to get to by bus. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little office stays pretty much the same. We aren't part of some big national chain. We just know this city and the people in it. It’s a lot of matching personalities and skills, which takes a bit of patience. We just keep at it, one person at a time. It’s not always perfect, but it’s honest work and we like doing it. It feels good when someone calls back to say the new job is working out well for them.
