Our office is tucked away in Kalyan Nagar, specifically on 4th C Cross in the Hrbr Layout. It’s a decent area with plenty of trees around. We spend our days dealing with management and helping companies find the right people for their teams. It’s a lot of looking at resumes and talking to folks on the phone. Sometimes we are sitting in meetings for hours trying to sort out how a business should be organized. We’ve been in this 303 building for a while now. It’s not a giant corporate tower, just a regular place where we get our work done. We handle things like recruitment and advice for small to medium businesses. It can get a bit stressful when a client needs someone hired yesterday, but we just take it one step at a time. The coffee machine gets a lot of use here. We aren't trying to sound like those big global firms. We are just a group of people who understand how offices work and what makes a good hire. We talk to people, we listen to what they need, and we try to match them up. Kalyan Nagar has changed a lot since we started, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It’s mostly about building relationships and being honest with both the companies and the candidates. That's our day-to-day life here at Troi.
