Our office is tucked away in the Ananda Reddy Building, which is right behind the SBM bank in Singasandra. If you are driving down Hosur Road, you have to look for the spot opposite to BBC to find us. It’s a decent place to work from, even if the Bangalore traffic makes getting here a bit of a headache sometimes. Zentrum & Makers Management Consultants is what we call ourselves, but really we are just a small group of people trying to help other businesses get their management sorted out. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking over tea about how to fix problems for the companies that come to us. It’s not very glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve been here in this part of Bangalore for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers nearby pretty well. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and serves its purpose. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be there at a desk with some papers. We handle a lot of consulting stuff, mostly trying to figure out better ways for things to run. It is simple work in some ways but complicated in others. We try to keep things down to earth and don't use too much jargon because that just confuses everyone who isn't used to it.
