Zenith Management

Zenith Management is based out of Banaswadi. We don't have one of those big fancy offices in a tech park; we’re just right here in the middle of the neighborhood. Being in Banaswadi means we are close to where a lot of us live, which makes the morning commute a whole lot easier than going all the way into the city center. The office is a straightforward space. We’ve got our computers, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a table where we sit for lunch. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers piled up on the ends of desks, but we know where everything is. The vibe is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. You can hear the sounds of the street outside, kids playing or the occasional vegetable vendor going by. It’s a very domestic sort of atmosphere. We spend our days mostly on the phones or handling paperwork. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. It’s the kind of place where you can just pop out for a quick tea and be back in five minutes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit and go home to our families at the end of the day.
