Zebronic Service Centre

If you know Sadar Patrappa Road, you know it’s always packed with people and traffic. Our service centre is right in the middle of all that noise. Most days, the counter is covered in gadgets, wires, and little screws that seem to go missing if you blink too fast. People come in with all sorts of problems, usually something that stopped working right when they needed it most. We spend a lot of time looking through magnifying glasses or poking at circuit boards. It’s quiet work in a way, despite the chaos outside the front door. We aren’t a huge operation with a bunch of fancy waiting rooms. It’s just a counter, some stools, and the workbenches in the back where the real stuff happens. Sometimes we can fix things quickly, other times we have to wait for a part to show up, which can be annoying for everyone. We try to be honest about how long it’s going to take because there is no point in making promises we can't keep. The air feels heavy with the smell of solder sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but seeing someone’s face when their gear finally turns back on makes it worth the effort. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile.
