Xcelency Mobile Service

Xcelency Mobile Service is located right on Silver Jubilee Park Road, specifically at Jijamata Marg 1. We mostly focus on the technical side of things, like motherboard repairs and fixing water damage. It’s a small workspace but we have the equipment we need to get into the hardware of most phones. People bring us the stuff that other shops can't seem to fix properly. We don't really sell much in the way of accessories, maybe just some basic cables or tempered glass for the screens. Our main thing is sitting at the bench with the magnifying glass and the soldering iron. Silver Jubilee Park Road is usually pretty noisy with all the traffic, but it’s a good location for a business like ours. We get people coming from all over because they heard we can handle the tricky repairs. We don't have a lot of space for customers to sit and wait, so most people leave their devices and come back later in the week. We write everything down in a big ledger so we don't lose track of the different jobs. It’s not a fancy setup, just a workbench and some shelves for the phones waiting to be picked up. We try to be honest about whether a phone is actually worth fixing or if it's better to just get a new one. It's just a regular service shop doing what we can for the local customers. We’ve been at this address for a while now and know the neighbors.
