We are located in Chamrajpet, at Mayur Nivas on the first floor. The address is 41337, and it’s a place that stays fairly busy throughout the week. Being job consultants, we see a lot of people coming in and out, looking for new opportunities or asking about interviews. The waiting area has a few chairs, but sometimes people have to stand if it gets too crowded in the morning. We try to keep things organized with files and folders for everyone who visits. The office isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. Talegaon Dabhade is nearby, and the area has a lot of energy. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to figure out where they might fit. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. The fans hum all day long, and we usually have some folders stacked on the floor because the shelves are full. It’s a very hands-on job, and we don't use any fancy software to manage things—mostly just pen, paper, and the phone. Sometimes the building gets a bit hot in the summer, but we just keep the doors open. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to help the people who walk through our door find something that works for them.
