Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and computers. We don't have any of those fancy lounge areas or beanbag chairs you hear about in some companies. We just have our workstations and a small area where we can have a quick tea break. Most of our time is spent working on projects. We don't have a lot of meetings for no reason. We just talk across the room if we need something. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We wear regular clothes and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team trying to do a good job. Basaweshwarnagar has plenty of places to grab a bite, so lunch is usually the highlight of the day. We don't have any big slogans or glossy brochures. We just do the work and stay out of the way.
