Wireless Access

Wireless Access has been operating out of our shop at Jayanagar borivali 80/7 for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a crowded area but we like the energy of the street. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a particular device isn’t connecting right. We deal with all sorts of things, from basic phone setups to more complicated stuff that takes a few hours to sit down and solve. The shop isn't very big, so things can get a bit cluttered with boxes and cables lying around. We try to keep it organized but when it’s busy, that usually goes out the window. Sometimes people just stop by to ask a quick question about their data plan or how to fix a setting they messed up. We don't mind. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others here during the week. We’ve seen a lot of changes in technology since we started, and it’s a lot to keep up with, but we manage. On rainy days, the floor gets a bit muddy from everyone coming in, so we’re always mopping it up. We keep the kettle going for tea in the back room when there’s a quiet moment. It’s a straightforward business, no frills or anything fancy. We’re just here to help people get their tech working so they can get back to their lives. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little place in Jayanagar. It’s simple and it works for us.
