Western Furnishers

Western Furnishers is located out on Hesaraghatta Main Road, specifically at number 41456 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It’s a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of trucks and cars passing by every single hour. Our workshop and shop are right there, so you can often hear the sound of saws or hammers if you walk past. We have been in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar for a while now and we know the neighbors pretty well. The space is filled with wood, fabric, and tools most of the time. It gets a bit dusty, especially when we are working on a big order, but that’s just how a furniture place is. We don’t have a fancy air-conditioned gallery. It’s more of a ground-level shop where you can see the work happening. Sometimes we leave some finished pieces near the front so people can see them from the Hesaraghatta Main Road. It’s a lot of manual labor and we stay busy from morning until late evening. The address 41456 is easy to spot once you get into the right block. We spend our days measuring things, cutting wood, and trying to get everything delivered on time. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of town. The traffic can be a headache sometimes when we are trying to load the van, but we manage it. We get a lot of tea from the small stall just down the road. It helps us keep going through the long afternoons.
