Alpha Designer Cane

Alpha Designer Cane is at 9 Kalyan Nagar over by Hennur Cross in the Puttanna Building. You can see the bundles of cane leaning against the walls if you walk past. It is a bit dusty inside because of all the sanding and cutting we do. The Puttanna Building is an older place but it has enough room for us to spread out our materials. Kalyan Nagar is a nice area but the traffic near Hennur Cross is always a mess. We spend our days sitting on low stools working with our hands. It is hard on the fingers after a while. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. It is more like a workshop where things are actually made. The smell of raw cane and polish is always in the air. We keep the doors open to let the breeze in even when it is noisy outside. Sometimes people stop and look in to see what we are making. We don't mind. It is just us and our tools. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just know how to handle the material. The floors are covered in shavings by the end of the day. We sweep it up and start over the next morning. It is a simple way to spend the day in Kalyan Nagar for us.
