Western Carriers

We are located at 6 Lalbagh Road, right inside the Mission Compound. It’s directly opposite the Purnima Theatre, which is a big help when we are giving directions to drivers or clients. Western Carriers has been operating from this location for quite a while now. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it serves our purposes. We have a lot of ledgers and files because we still like to keep track of things on paper. It gets pretty noisy being so close to the main road and the theatre, especially when a new movie comes out. We handle a lot of transport and carrier work, so there’s always someone coming or going. The staff here has been with us for years, and we’re like a small family. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished front desk. It’s just a place where we get the logistical stuff done. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock on the wall. We don't really do anything promotional or talk about missions. We just make sure the cargo gets to where it’s supposed to go without too much trouble. It’s a basic business, and we keep our operations simple. We usually lock up around six and head home to do it all again the next day. There’s always another load to move.
