Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd has our main office over on K H Road in Shanthi Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known building in the area. We’ve got a lot of people working here, all trying to keep the trains running like they’re supposed to. It isn't always easy, as anyone who lives in Bangalore knows. The city is always growing, and the pressure on the metro system is huge. We spend our days looking at maps, schedules, and maintenance reports. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that most people don’t see when they’re just tapping their cards to get on a train. Our office in Shanthi Nagar is always a hive of activity. There’s always a meeting happening or someone rushing off to a site. We try to keep things organized, but with a project this big, there’s always something unexpected popping up. We’re just a bunch of regular people working behind the scenes. We don't really go for all that corporate talk. We just want the lines to be safe and for things to work. Being based on K H Road puts us right in the middle of things. It can be stressful, sure, but we just take it one day at a time. We aren't trying to sell anything fancy, just making sure the city keeps moving forward as best as it can. There is a lot of paperwork and a lot of planning involved, but at the end of the day, we just want people to get where they are going.
