Our office is tucked away at number 35 in Koramangala, 3rd Cross, 2nd Block. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, especially with all the phases and stages like 3rd Phase Bsk 3rd Stage. Ansaldo Signaling & Transportation Systems Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of technical work related to how trains and transportation move around safely. It sounds complicated, and honestly, some days it is. The office is full of people staring at screens and looking at diagrams of tracks and signals. Koramangala is a busy area, so getting to work can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We aren't a retail shop where people just walk in off the street. Most of our days are spent in meetings or out at sites checking on equipment. We have a mix of young engineers and older folks who have been doing this since before everything was digital. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most important piece of equipment we own. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big marketing campaigns because our work speaks for itself through the systems that actually run. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure signaling works right, but we just take it one day at a time and focus on the technical details.
