We are located in the Industrial Area Phase-2, specifically at units 1014 and 1019 on Mahathma Gandhi Road. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other businesses and warehouses, which makes sense for what we do. We handle freight. It’s a lot of coordinating between different transport modes and making sure the documentation is in order. The area is always full of trucks and people moving crates. It’s a dusty, loud place, but it’s where the work gets done. We have a couple of units here to keep things organized. Our day starts early because that’s when the deliveries arrive. We don’t use much marketing because the people who need to move freight usually know where to find us. We aren't a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about metal desks and stacks of files. It’s a practical way to work. We talk to people plainly and tell them what’s possible and what isn't. If a shipment is stuck, we find out why and try to fix it. We’ve been on Mahathma Gandhi Road long enough to know how the traffic patterns affect our timing. We just keep working through the list of tasks every day, making sure things move from point A to point B. It is tiring but we are used to the pace of this area.
