Well Spring Consultancy

Well Spring Consultancy is located in Al Naaz Manzil, which is on the 3rd Main Road in Lakkasandra. Our specific spot is 8/5 on the 16th Cross. Lakkasandra is one of those areas that feels very lived-in and busy all the time. Our office is right in the middle of it. We do a lot of consulting work, which basically means people come to us with problems and we try to give them good advice or help them find staff. It’s a lot of phone calls, paperwork, and interviewing people. The office isn't very big, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much privacy, but it makes things move faster. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to make a living and help others do the same. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and old magazines, but we know where everything is. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job so people come back to us. The neighborhood has some great places to eat, so we usually head out for a bite together in the afternoon. It’s a simple, everyday kind of operation. No frills, just us working in Lakkasandra. Most days we are just buried in CVs or chatting on the phone with someone looking for a new career path.
