Our office is based in Ranka Colony, which is in the Bilekahalli area along Bannerghatta Road. It’s 113A, if you are looking for the exact door. This is a pretty residential part of Bangalore, so it’s not as crazy as the city center, which we appreciate. We go by Well Know Recruitment Firm, and we’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. The office is basically a converted space that we’ve filled with desks and phones. We spend most of our hours talking to people who are looking for jobs and trying to find a good fit for them. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day. That’s usually where we end up talking about things other than work, like what happened on the news or local gossip. The colony is quite green and there are some nice trees outside the windows. It makes the day go by a bit faster when you can see some nature while you're on a long call. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a handful of people who know how the hiring process works. We don’t use any complicated software, just our phones and some simple databases to keep track of everyone. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life here and we like it that way.
