Welk Recruitments is situated in Bangalore, specifically in the 2nd Stage of Vijaya Nagar. It is a nice part of town with a lot of residential houses mixed in with small businesses. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have any of those modern office gimmicks like bean bags or ping pong tables. We just have desks, chairs, and phones. The work we do involves a lot of talking and sorting through papers, so it stays pretty quiet for the most part, except for the sound of the fans or the occasional phone call. Vijaya Nagar is a great area because it feels established. We have our favorite spots for lunch nearby, and the neighbors are all friendly. The traffic in Bangalore can be a nightmare, but once you get into the 2nd Stage, it calms down a little bit. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or formal stuff going on. We just try to help people find where they need to go in their careers. It is steady work and we enjoy being in this specific neighborhood. The building we are in is easy enough to find, and we have been here long enough that we don't really think about moving. It is just a regular local business doing what it does best without any extra noise or flashiness.
