Our setup is at Flat No- 2, Plot No- 478, inside the Jcr Crust building in Maruti Layout. It’s in Vasanth Pura, which is a growing area. Welcon Fabtech India Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a big corporate name, but we are actually a pretty small team working on fabrication projects. We do a lot of the design and planning from this office. The space is a bit cramped with all the drawings and folders everywhere. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s a working office where we figure out how to build things. Maruti Layout is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on technical details. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or visiting sites to see how the actual fabrication is going. Some days are just filled with paperwork and coffee. We’ve been in Vasanth Pura for a bit and have seen more buildings go up around us. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes engineering work that people don't often see. It’s a lot of calculations and making sure everything fits together. We don't have a big sign outside. Usually, people find us through someone they know in the industry. It’s just us doing our part in the construction and fabrication world. We try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss. It’s a steady pace here, and we just keep our heads down on the work.
