Manjunatha Steels

We’ve been running Manjunatha Steels in the Nagavarapalya area for quite a while now. It’s part of C. V. Raman Nagar, which is a place that’s seen a lot of changes recently. Our yard is usually full of various steel rods, sheets, and other materials that people need for building things. It can get a bit loud with the metal clanging around, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning; we’re usually out where the trucks are being loaded or unloaded. The ground is often dusty, and we all have a bit of grease on our hands by the end of the day. It’s a local business through and through. We know the contractors and the people who are just fixing up their own homes nearby. We don’t use any complicated sales talk or anything like that. We just tell you what we have in stock and what the price is today. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but we just cover everything up and wait it out. Being in Nagavarapalya makes it easy for us to get materials out to different parts of the city. We’re just a group of people working hard and making sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go. It’s a tough job sometimes, and the inventory count is always a headache, but we like the honesty of it. We keep our coffee pot going all morning to stay awake.
