Weg HR Services is based at Benniganahalli Worli 9. It’s a bit of a funny address because people sometimes get confused about the location, but once you find us at number 9, it’s pretty simple. Our office is where we handle a lot of the hiring and personnel stuff that businesses need help with. It’s not a large space, just enough for a few of us to sit and talk to people who are looking for work or companies that need new staff. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated HR jargon here. We just listen to what people are looking for and see if we can help them out. The office usually has a few people waiting for interviews, so there’s a bit of a nervous but hopeful energy in the air most mornings. We try to keep things comfortable and not too stiff, because we know how stressful looking for a job can be. Benniganahalli is a decent area to work in, and we’ve grown quite fond of our little corner over the years. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to help people find a place where they can earn a living. It’s a practical, human business, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with a lot of marketing talk. We just do the work, day in and day out, at Worli 9, making sure the local paperwork stays in order.
