We Recruit Talent can be found over in Vasanth Nagar on 9th Cross in the Gokul 1 Stage area at number 26. It’s a regular office where we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. The space isn’t very large but we have enough room for a few desks and a place for people to sit when they come in for a chat. Finding the right person for a job takes a lot of time and patience so we are usually buried in notes and emails. Vasanth Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to find. We’ve been at this 9th Cross location for a while and the neighbors are all friendly enough. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in and out and other days it is just us staring at the computer screens trying to match someone with a position. It’s a lot of back and forth between employers and workers. We don’t use any complicated systems just simple lists and a lot of phone calls to keep things moving along. It can get a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up but that is just part of the recruitment business. We just try to stay organized and keep track of everyone who reaches out to us for help with their career or their hiring needs.
