We Cat Management Solution Pvt Ltd is at Shanthi Nagar Hari Nagar 41582. It’s a bit of a weird spot to find but once you are here it’s pretty calm. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and making sure everything matches up. It is mostly office work and it can get a bit tedious when the files start piling up on the desks. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea and that’s basically our break area. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls just a few calendars and some notes we pinned up months ago. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that corporate talk that you hear nowadays. We just try to manage things properly so nobody gets confused. Sometimes the computers get slow and we all just sit around waiting for them to restart which gives us a chance to talk about our weekends. We are a small group and we get along okay most of the time. The building is a bit old and the elevator makes a weird groaning sound but we usually just take the stairs anyway. It’s not a glamorous job by any means but it's steady and it keeps us occupied. We don't really do much in terms of promotion because we are already busy enough as it is. It's just simple management for people who need it.
