Down in Mathikere 224, that’s where you’ll find Vmc System Ltd. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing that really stands out if you’re just driving past. We’ve been based here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a bit over the years. We spend most of our time inside, dealing with systems and whatever else comes across our desks. It gets a bit loud outside with the street noise, but we’re used to it. The team here isn’t huge, just enough people to keep things moving. We don’t have a big HR department or anything complicated like that. If someone has a problem, they just say it. Vmc System Ltd is basically just a group of people who show up every morning at Mathikere 224 and stay until the job is done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and we end up ordering food from the place around the corner. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We don’t spend much time thinking about branding or any of that stuff. We just care about making sure we don’t mess up the work. The desks are a bit messy, and there are wires everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a functional space for honest work, and that’s what matters to us at the end of the day.
