We are located in Gururaja Layout over in Banashankari 3rd Stage. The office is at number 33, on the 3rd Cross and 10th Main. It’s a residential area mostly, so it's a bit quieter than the big tech parks. We handle a lot of the local support and paperwork here. Computers, printers, and servers are what we deal with every day. Sometimes people bring in machines that have seen better days, and we have to tell them the truth about whether it’s worth fixing. Our desks are usually covered in cables and spare parts. It’s a functional space, not a showroom. We spend our time troubleshooting problems and trying to figure out why a certain piece of hardware isn't behaving. The team is small but we've worked together for years. We know who’s good at what. It’s a lot of looking at monitors and typing up reports. Bangalore-85 is a nice part of town, and we like being tucked away from the main traffic. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe some old photos. We show up, do the work, and go home. If someone has a tech issue, we try to give them a practical solution without all the jargon. It’s just a standard day at the office for us. We keep things moving as best as we can, even when the internet is slow or a server goes down unexpectedly.
