Our shop is right on the Outer Ring Road. It’s a prime spot because there’s so much traffic passing by, but it also means it’s never really quiet. We fix computers and deal with Windows issues all day long. The space is filled with old monitors, half-taken-apart towers, and plenty of screwdrivers. It’s not a sterile environment like some of those big tech stores. There are parts everywhere, and it smells a bit like solder and old electronics. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of plastic chairs near the door. People stop by when their laptops quit working or they get a blue screen they can't fix themselves. Being on the Outer Ring Road means we get people from all over the city dropping by. We spend a lot of time cleaning out dust from fans and reinstalling software. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we know. We don't bother with a lot of marketing or social media stuff. Most of our customers come in because they saw our sign while stuck in traffic. We just try to get the machines back to their owners as quickly as we can. It’s a bit messy and chaotic at times, but we know where everything is and how to get things running again.
