My Computerz

My Computerz is a small shop located at No. 28 Second Cross in M. G. Nagar, which is just off Gottigere on Bannerghatta Road. We focus on fixing computers and laptops for the local community here. The shop is usually quite crowded with machines that people have brought in for repair. There are cables, hard drives, and tools scattered all over our workbenches. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We have been working in this area for quite some time now and we know many of our customers by name. Bannerghatta Road is always jammed with traffic, so we get a lot of people dropping off their devices on their way home. We don't use any fancy technical jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain what’s wrong with their computer in plain English and tell them how much it will cost to fix it. We aren't a big service center, so we don't have a lot of rules and regulations. If we can fix something quickly, we do it. Sometimes we run into problems when parts are hard to find, which can be frustrating for both us and the customer. But we just do the best we can every day. It’s a simple life of troubleshooting and hardware repair, and we are happy with that. We just want to get people back online.
