Siare Technologies is over at No.3 Ayyappa Temple Cross in Subbanapalaya. We are right off the Chikka Banaswadi Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a lively neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the temple and the traffic from the main road all through the day. Our place is a bit of a mix. We have some technical equipment and some office space inside. It’s not a huge building, but we make use of every inch we have. We have boxes stacked up in the hallway sometimes when a big shipment comes in. The team is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for a while. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp while we work. The power goes out once in a while, so we have a backup generator that makes a lot of noise. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You usually just walk in and find someone at a desk or working on a device. It’s a very hands-on environment. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to work. Bangalore is always changing, with new shops opening up around us all the time. We’ve stayed here because it’s a good spot. People know the Ayyappa Temple, so it’s easy to give directions. We don’t put on any airs. We’re just here doing our job every day. It’s a bit cramped inside, but it feels like home.
