Viva Events

We’ve been around Bangalore for a while now, mostly handling things for Viva Events. It’s a busy city and there is always something going on, so we stay pretty occupied. People come to us when they have a function or something big coming up and they don't want to handle every little detail themselves. We just sort out the stuff that needs doing. Sometimes it's a small thing, sometimes it's larger. We don't really do the fancy speeches or try to act like we're some huge global firm. It’s just a few of us here making sure things run okay. If you’ve walked around Bangalore, you know how hectic it gets. We try to keep our part of it simple. We deal with whatever comes up. Most of the time, it's about getting things set up on time and making sure the chairs are where they should be or the lights work. It’s not always perfect, because things happen, but we fix it. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the city over the years. The traffic has gotten worse, for sure. But the events keep happening. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s pretty much how it goes here at Viva Events. We don’t have a big office with glass walls, just a place to keep our stuff and talk to people who need help with their gatherings. It works for us and seems to work for the folks who call us.
