Our office is called Bethel, and it’s number 5 in the Brindavan Layout. We are located in L.B. Shastri Nagar, Bangalore-17. Vita Hr Consulting Pvt. Ltd is a small operation. We handle HR stuff, which mostly means we talk to people about jobs and paperwork all day long. It's not as exciting as people think, but it's what we do. The Brindavan Layout is a pretty nice area. It’s mostly quiet, which helps when we’re trying to have interviews or sort through resumes. Our office doesn't have any of those corporate posters or "motivational" signs. It’s just walls, desks, and some filing cabinets. We try to be helpful without being fake about it. If someone walks in, we just talk to them like a neighbor. We aren't a big agency with a thousand employees. It’s just a handful of us here in Bethel. We use simple English and don't try to sound like we know everything. We just know the HR business. The commute in Bangalore can be a bit much, but once we get to L.B. Shastri Nagar, things settle down. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the local shops pretty well. It's just a regular small business. We do our tasks, help people with their career moves, and keep the lights on. It’s an honest way to spend the work week.
