Vishwakarma Refractories Pvt Ltd is situated over in Richmond Town, specifically at number 5 in Pritampura Society. It’s a bit different from the usual industrial zones because the society area is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Our office here is where we handle the administrative side of things for the refractories. There are a lot of files and technical drawings spread out on the tables. We deal with materials that are meant to withstand very high temperatures, so the talk around here is usually about bricks, linings, and industrial furnaces. It’s a serious business, but the atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We’ve been in this Richmond Town location for some time now. The building is older, and you can see the wear and tear on the floors and the window frames. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though you still hear the occasional hum of traffic from the nearby streets. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years, coming in to discuss projects or check on orders. We don't go in for much decoration; the walls are mostly covered with charts and old calendars. It’s a practical place for us to work. We start early and stay until the work is finished, keeping things running as smoothly as we can without any unnecessary polish or pretense. It’s just how we operate, day in and day out, without making a fuss.
