If you know Sadar Patrappa Road, you know how crowded it gets. Our shop, Vishal Telemobiles, is right there at number 4 on the Sunkalpet Main Road side. This whole area is full of electronics and wires, and we are right in the middle of that chaos. We deal with mobile phones, parts, and all kinds of accessories that people come here looking for. Being in this part of town means we see everyone from small shopkeepers to students looking for a cheap fix. The shop itself is small, like most of the places on SP Road. We have boxes piled up because space is hard to come by here. It can be loud with all the honking and people shouting, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time testing components or talking to suppliers. It is a fast-paced environment where you have to know your stuff or you get left behind. We don't put on any airs; we just tell you what we have and what it costs. People come to us because they know we've been here a while and we understand the mobile market in this area. It is hard work staying on top of all the new models coming out every month, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big marketing budget, just the name on the board and a lot of repeat customers who find us in the lanes.
