Virtual Tracking

We are based on the second floor of a building in Basavanagar, over in the 7th Block. It’s at 14/1 on 2nd Main. If you know Bangalore, you know how the addresses can get a bit tricky with all the crosses and mains. Our office is a modest setup. We do virtual tracking, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and data on computer screens. It’s mostly cables, monitors, and the sound of keyboards clicking. It’s not a huge tech campus with a gym or a cafeteria. It’s just a regular room where a few of us sit and make sure the tracking systems are actually working for the people who use them. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to scramble to get things back online. We’ve got a small balcony where we go to get some air and look at the traffic on 7th Cross. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood compared to the city center, which is nice for focusing. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant; we just want our software to do what it’s supposed to do. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or setting up new devices for customers. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the technical stuff. It’s a practical, small-scale operation right here in the heart of the suburb. We just work hard and go home.
