Vilwadri Foods

Vilwadri Foods is tucked away on Ranga Rao Road in Koramangala, specifically at number 21. Koramangala is usually very loud and busy, but our little corner on Ranga Rao Road stays a bit more relaxed. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen area, prepping different items. We don’t have a massive menu or anything; we just focus on a few things we know how to make well. The space is small, so we have to stay very organized or things get messy fast. It’s usually just a couple of us working the morning shift to get everything ready for the day. We get a lot of people who live in the nearby apartments stopping by. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or trying to look corporate. We’re just a local food business. The floor is concrete, the walls have a few scuffs, and the fans are always spinning to keep the heat down. We know our neighbors and the people who walk their dogs past our door every evening. Sometimes we run out of stock before the day ends, but that’s just how it goes when you’re small. We like being in Koramangala because there's always something happening, even if we're just focused on what's on the stove at number 21. It's hard work, but we like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces.
