You can find us over at 65/55, 56 on Followers Lane, right near the CMP Centre and School in Neelasandra. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot in the Viveknagar Post area of Bangalore, but once you find the lane, we are right there. The building is usually full of the smells of whatever is being prepared that day. We have been working out of this space for a while and it has its quirks, like the way the back door sticks if the weather is too humid. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls; it is more of a practical setup where we can focus on the food. The school nearby means there is a lot of noise during the day, but we have grown used to it. Most of us here have lived in Bangalore our whole lives, so we know how to handle the local pace. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and the afternoons are usually for cleaning up and planning for the next day. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Sometimes we run out of space for all the crates, but we manage to shift things around. It's just a group of people doing their jobs in a neighborhood we really know well. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the orders.
