We've been around Bangalore for a while now. Most people know the name, but behind the counter, it’s just us trying to keep things moving. We handle a lot of people every day coming in from all parts of Karnataka. It gets busy, especially on weekends when families show up. Some days the machines act up or we run out of something, but that's just how it goes in a kitchen this size. We try to keep the tables clean and the food hot. It’s a lot of repetitive work, flipping burgers and salting fries, but you get used to the rhythm. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. It’s not fancy or anything. Just a place to grab a quick bite when you don't have time to cook at home. We deal with all sorts of customers, some in a rush and some who just want to sit and talk for a bit. The kitchen can get loud with the timers going off constantly. Sometimes the lines get long and people get a bit impatient, which is understandable. We just do our best to get the orders right. It's a job like any other, keeping the place running and making sure there’s enough ice in the machine. We’ve seen the city change a lot around us, but we’re still here in Bangalore doing the same thing every day.
