Vikas Telecom

Vikas Telecom has been a part of the Vijaya Nagar neighborhood for quite a few years now. You can find us easily enough on the main strip where all the activity happens. Our shop is a busy place, filled with phones, chargers, and various bits of tech that people need for their daily lives. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy uniforms. It’s just us in our everyday clothes, helping out anyone who walks through the door. A lot of our time is spent answering questions about data packages or fixing small issues with handsets that aren't working right. The shop can get pretty cramped when there are more than three or four people inside, but we make it work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening and closing, but we’ve managed to stay put. We keep our shelves stocked with what we know people actually use, rather than a bunch of expensive stuff that just sits there. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different models and parts, but we’ve developed a system that works for us. We enjoy the atmosphere of Vijaya Nagar and often have people stopping in just to say hello or ask for directions. We’re not trying to be the biggest shop around, just a place where you can get your phone sorted out. We just take it day by day and keep things moving. It’s not a complicated story, but it’s how we spend our time here.
