Vijayanand Roadlines Ltd is located at 25 New Tharagpet. If you know New Tharagpet, you know it’s a place where a lot of heavy lifting happens. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is more of a hub for trucks and drivers than a place for fancy meetings. We deal with roadlines, which means a lot of scheduling and making sure things are actually moving. The area is always dusty and there is always the sound of engines idling or reversing. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes to work. We have a lot of logbooks and clipboards around the office. The furniture is old and a bit worn out from years of use. We don't mind it though, because it shows we’ve been working. People come in and out all day, mostly drivers checking their routes or delivery guys dropping off papers. It can be a bit chaotic at times, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get on the road at once. We’ve been at number 25 for a long time now and the neighbors all know us. It’s a tough business, but it’s what we know. We just focus on keeping the trucks moving from New Tharagpet to wherever they need to go. There’s no secret to it, just hard work and keeping track of the miles.
