We set up shop near the Vydehi Campus in Whitefield because that is where everything happens. If you walk around here, you see people in formal clothes everywhere looking for work. We spend a lot of our time going through stacks of resumes and talking to people about their experience. Hiring is a strange business because you're dealing with people, not parts or products. Everyone has a different story and a different skill set. We aren't a giant agency with thousands of employees. We are just a small group trying to help companies find someone who actually knows how to do the job. It gets busy during the peak hiring months, and the office can feel a bit crowded with all the files. We don't use any fancy software that promises magic results. It’s mostly just reading, calling people, and asking the right questions. Whitefield is always changing, new buildings going up all the time, but we've stayed in this spot for a while. Sometimes people just drop in with a printed CV. We try to be honest with them about what is available. It isn't always easy to find the right fit, but we keep at it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It's regular work for regular people. No big polish or corporate talk here, just us sitting at our desks and sorting through the candidates one by one until the day is done.
