Our office is at 35, 1st Main, 6th Cross in Bangalore. We go by Vhire4U Consultants. Basically, we help companies find people to work for them. It sounds simple, but it can get pretty complicated with how many people are looking for jobs these days. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. Some days it feels like we’re just matchmakers for offices. We don't have any big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just try to find a person who fits the job description. We’ve been in this part of Karnataka for a while now. The neighborhood is okay, a bit noisy sometimes, but we like it here. People stop by sometimes to drop off their CVs in person, which is nice. We prefer the face-to-face bit honestly. It makes the whole thing feel more human. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team and we like it that way because we actually know what everyone is working on. There isn't much hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just does it. We aren't trying to sound like some high-end firm. We’re just consultants who know the local job market. We work hard, we go home, and we come back the next day to do it all over again. That’s the reality of it.
