We are based in 202, Srinivasa Apartments. It’s on 6B Cross, just off Kagadasapura Main Road in C V Raman Nagar. Banglore 560093 is where we are located. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels more like a home than a sterile, cold office. We do hiring for various companies that need staff. It’s a lot of screening resumes and talking to people on the phone. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take our breaks and watch the world go by. The traffic on Kagadasapura Main Road can be quite something, so we hear the constant honking of horns all day. We don't have a big corporate logo on the building or any flashing lights. We just have a small nameplate near the door. Our team is small, just a few people who know the recruitment business well and like what they do. We aren't part of some giant global chain with offices everywhere. We are just local people trying to help other locals find work. We use simple tools and don't have a lot of rules about what to wear or when exactly to eat lunch. It’s a flexible and relaxed place. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the building know us. Sometimes we share snacks or talk about the local news in the afternoon. It’s a low-key operation. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to find a good match for the roles we have.
