Our office is at 2480, 5th Main, in the BDA Layout off HAL Airport Road. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy Airport Road can get at almost any time of the day. We are right in the middle of that 560017 area. The building we are in is quite easy to spot. We do language training and other skill-building here. Inside, it’s mostly classrooms with whiteboards and rows of benches for the students. It’s not a fancy school or anything. It’s just a practical place to learn. We have a small office at the front where we handle registrations and talk to people who want to join. The walls are thin, so you can often hear the teachers in the next room. We spend a lot of time organizing schedules and making sure the materials are ready for each session. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when people come in after their work or college. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing the lights when they flicker. It’s a busy environment but we are used to it by now. The tea lady comes by in the afternoon which is usually the highlight of the day. We don't have any big speeches. We just open the doors, teach the classes, and go home. It’s a lot of talking every day. We usually have a quick snack before the evening classes start.
