Venus Residency

Our place, Venus Residency, is located at number 2 in Basavanagudi. This is a very old and traditional part of Bangalore, so things around here move at a bit of a different pace compared to the tech hubs. We are in the 560004 area, and the building has been around for some time. We provide rooms for people who need a place to stay, whether it is for a short visit or something a bit longer. The building isn't a modern glass tower. It’s more of a solid, older structure with hallways that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of our time checking people in, making sure the linens are clean, and fixing small things like leaky taps or flickering light bulbs. Basavanagudi is a nice neighborhood with lots of trees and old temples nearby, so it feels quite peaceful despite being in a big city. We don't have a big corporate team running things. It’s just a few of us making sure the gates are locked at night and the water tanks are full in the morning. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but it gets you where you need to go. We keep a simple register at the front desk and try to keep things quiet for the guests. It’s just a regular residency doing its thing day after day. We just try to make everyone feel okay while they are here.
